One on one Personal Training Sessions 

Regardless of what your fitness level or goal may be, everyone starts and continues their journey from somewhere. My sessions are designed for each individual person, meeting your personal goals at the highest level.  
My sessions vary from the following time durations:
  • 30 minutes 
  • 45 minutes 
  • 60 minutes 

Meal Plans: You will be required to follow a meal plan 
Meal prepping will be essential for meeting your goals 
Entering your daily meal plan via MyFitnessPal will also be encouraged to keep you accountable for your daily intake.   

 What's involved? 

My Fitness Pal: Each day you are to record your daily nutrition via My Fitness Pal, this is how I am able to monitor your nutrition intake and make notes of areas that need altering. 
Daily Exercise Tasks: Each day you will be given a daily exercise task to complete, this is to be completed every day that you are not training with me, allowing one rest day each week. 
Monthly Reports: Each month you will need to report to me with a report on your weekly progress. This is a great way for me to dictate any future changes that need to be made. 
  Double Up Personal Training
Personal training for two people is also available. It is highly reccommened that you consider who you choose to train with, ensure you pick a person that you can count on.  ​
Meal Plans, MyFitness Pal and Weekly Reporting will also apply as mentioned above. 

On-Line Personal Training 

What happens after you sign up?

  • You will be personally contacted by me, first by email  then over the phone, if you live within the Victorian district, we could organise to meet for your health consultation (this is optional and free) 
  • You will be given access to log into the PT portal, this is where I will record all of the exercise programs I design for you, and all of your measurements.
  • You will be added to an on-line group where you will be able to connect with other woman also training with Health & Fitness 
  • You will be provided with a meal plan 
  • Your nutrition intake will be monitored on-line 
  • You will be required to report monthly with your progress 
  • On top of the exercise program I design for you, there will be a "daily exercise task" for you to complete each day, with one rest day each week. 
  • You will be invited to join in on a morning walk at Brimbank park, each week on Saturday mornings, 9am sharp.

A Health Consultation will take place prior to your first personal training session, no exercise will take place without a Health Consiltation form being completed. This is so I am able to gather as much information about you, your goals and any injuries you may have so that I am able to create your exercise programs accordingly.
